Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — Walletmix Cloud

1. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use Walletmix Cloud domains, shared hosting, or Cloud VPS infrastructure for any unlawful or abusive activity, including:

• Phishing, brand impersonation, malware distribution, or command-and-control (C2) hosting.
• Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or open mail relays.
• Network scanning, DDoS attacks, brute-force credential attacks, or unauthorized intrusion attempts.
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior written authorization.
• Hosting content that violates the laws of Bangladesh or applicable international regulations.

2. Abuse Handling & Immediate Suspension

Walletmix Cloud monitors network integrity and responds promptly to verified abuse reports from upstream data centers, registrars, and CERT authorities. Services engaged in active phishing, malware, or network attacks may be suspended immediately without refund to protect platform and IP reputation.
