Terms of Service — Walletmix Cloud

1. Contracting Entity & Scope

These Terms of Service govern all domain name registrations, virtual private servers (VPS), shared web hosting, and cloud services sold on cloud.walletmix.com by Walletmix Limited. By placing an order or settling an invoice, you agree to these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Billing Currency, Taxes & Payment Verification

All customer invoices are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and include applicable VAT (5%) as itemized at checkout. Payments collected via bKash Merchant Checkout are verified server-side against bKash transaction records (paymentID and trxID) before an invoice is marked PAID.

3. Service Fulfillment & Provisioning Timeframes

• Domain Name Registration: Automated live fulfillment immediately following verified payment settlement, subject to real-time registry availability at the moment of registration.
• Walletmix Cloud VPS: Manual provisioning by Walletmix Cloud operations staff after payment confirmation. Typical provisioning timeframe is 1 to 12 business hours depending on OS template, IP allocation, and security verification.
• Shared Web Hosting: Manual account preparation and activation after payment confirmation. Typical activation timeframe is 1 to 6 business hours.

4. Domain Name Registration Rules

Domain registrations are executed through ICANN-accredited registrar infrastructure. Once a domain name is registered with the registry, the registration term is locked and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate registrant contact information and renewing domains prior to expiration.

5. VPS & Shared Hosting Billing, Renewals & Stopped Instances

VPS and shared hosting subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or Biennial). Stopping or powering off a VPS instance does not release reserved NVMe storage, RAM, or dedicated IPv4/IPv6 addresses; recurring billing continues until a formal cancellation request is submitted via the Customer Portal prior to the renewal due date.
