Refund & Cancellation Policy — Walletmix Cloud

1. Domain Name Registrations (Non-Refundable After Registration)

Once a domain name has been registered or renewed with the domain registry, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable due to immediate registry lock-in. However, if a domain becomes unavailable between payment verification and registrar execution (or if registration fails prior to registry creation), Walletmix Cloud will mark the order item ACTION_REQUIRED and offer either an alternative domain name, a 100% account credit note, or a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cloud VPS & Shared Hosting Unfulfilled Orders

VPS and Shared Hosting orders undergo manual staff fulfillment after payment confirmation. If you request cancellation before your VPS or Shared Hosting service is provisioned, or if Walletmix Cloud is unable to provision the requested configuration within the stated timeframe, you are eligible for a 100% refund or full account credit note.

3. Active Shared Hosting & VPS Subscriptions

• Shared Web Hosting: Eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund within 7 days of initial activation if a verified platform defect prevents service use and cannot be resolved by Walletmix Cloud engineering.
• Cloud VPS: Because dedicated compute, IPv4 addresses, and upstream capacity are allocated upon activation, active VPS subscriptions are non-refundable once provisioned and delivered, except where required by law or in the event of an unresolvable hardware/network failure.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date via the Customer Portal or a support ticket.

4. How to Request a Refund or Credit Review

Open a Billing ticket in the Customer Support Portal or email support@walletmix.com with your Order Number, Invoice Number, and bKash trxID. Approved refunds and credit notes are processed by our Finance team within 3–7 business days.
