1. Information We Collect
Walletmix Limited collects account registration details (name, organization name, email address, phone number, and billing address), domain registrant contact records required by ICANN/registrar rules, payment transaction references (such as bKash paymentID, trxID, and masked payer numbers), and operational audit logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To process BDT orders, issue tax invoices, and verify payment settlement.
- To register and manage domain names with accredited domain registrars and registries.
- To provision, monitor, and support shared hosting and Cloud VPS infrastructure.
- To enforce multi-tenant organization isolation, security controls, and fraud prevention.
3. Infrastructure & Sub-Processors
Domain registrations are transmitted to accredited registrar partners (including Namecheap, Inc.) as required to fulfill domain orders. Payment verification is processed through bKash Limited. Underlying cloud compute may utilize Walletmix-managed clusters or authorized data-center partners. We never sell customer personal data to third parties.
4. Credential & Secret Security
Passwords are stored using cryptographic one-way hashing, and sensitive provider credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM server-side encryption. We never store customer bKash PINs.
